How to make it

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan and then pour it into a baking pan
  • Spread uncooked rice on the bottom of the baking pan. Lay Chicken pieces on top of the rice and season with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Use a seperate bowl to mix soup, sour cream, wine and mushrooms together. Por half this mixture over chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the drained asparagus on top and cover with remaining soup-mixture. Bake it for 55 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
