I love spanokopita, and this recipe put me in mind of same - except for the addition of ground beef. One idea is to use ground lamb, in place of the beef - or omit the meat altogether. Added toasted pine nuts or walnuts is another thought. Saw this... More

6) Simmer with a a little olive oil
7) Add 1 tbsp olive oil , 1 tbsp white vinegar and some finely minced garlic in the dip
