- 2 TBSP OF olive oil,1 TLSP OF butter shopping list
- 1\4 CUP OF CHOPPED parsley, shopping list
- 2 cloves OF garlic CHOPPED, shopping list
- 1/2 CUP OF white wine 1/2 CUP marsala wine shopping list
- 3\4 CUP OF black olives SLICED, shopping list
- 1 SMALL CAN OF SLICED or 1/2lb OF fresh mushrooms, shopping list
- 1 JAR OF pimento'S CUT INTO PEICES shopping list
- 1 LB OF spaghetti. shopping list
- salt AND pepper TO TASTE shopping list
How to make it
- COAT CHICKEN WITH FLOUR SALT AND PEPPER,--HEAT OIL IN LG PAN AND SAUTÉ CHICKEN UNTIL BROWN ON BOTH SIDES,--PUT ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS ON TOP OF CHICKEN, (EXCEPT PARSLEY AND SPAGHETTI.) SIMMER 30 MIN.'S COVERED. -TIME SPAGHETTI TO BE DONE SAME TIME AS CHICKEN,WHEN SPAGHETTI IS DONE COAT WITH SOME OLIVE OIL OR BUTTER, SPRINKLE WITH PARSLEY, SERVE WITH CHICKEN AS A SIDE DISH. IF THE SAUCE IS TOO JUICY ADD SOME FLOUR TO IT - IT SHOULD BE A KIND OF A THICKER SAUCE
