How to make it

  • Boil the chicken until tender; bone and shred. refrigerate. I cook the chicken with onion, carrot, celery, sage, thyme, rosemary.
  • Cook the 1 cup of rice according to your directions; refrigerate.
  • When all is prepped, combine all the ingredients and mix together well.
  • I suggest cooking the rice and the chicken a day ahead of serving it. Good for guests. everybody likes, even kids.
