It's so easy, i know there is premade pudding and cool whip, but it really is good! I have substituted real whipped cream for the cool whip and lady fingers for the cookies and it's even better :)
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3 cups cold milk shopping list
- 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) vanilla instant pudding shopping list
- 1 tub (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed, divided shopping list
- 48 vanilla wafers shopping list
- 1/2 cup brewed strong coffee, cooled, divided shopping list
- 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely grated shopping list
How to make it
- BEAT cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Beat in milk and pudding mixes. Stir in 2 cups whipped topping.
- LINE 2-1/2-qt. bowl with 24 wafers; drizzle with 1/4 cup coffee. Top with 1/2 each pudding mixture and chocolate. Repeat all layers.
- TOP with remaining whipped topping . Refrigerate 2 hours. Refrigerate leftovers.
