How to make it

  • In Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat.
  • Add chicken and brown on all sides, turning frequently.
  • Add mustard, stock or broth, wine and thyme to pan. Bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Add potatoes. Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked and potatoes are tender.
  • Season to taste with ground black pepper.
