How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray ramekins with cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, toss cherries with sugar and tapioca flour. Set aside.
  • Combine the oats, cinnamon, salt and brown sugar, mixing well.
  • Add the water to the oat mix, and combine with your hands until you have a crumbly mixture.
  • Divide cherries into the sprayed ramekins and add the oat topping. Spray tops with cooking spray.
  • Place ramekins on a baking sheet, bake for 20-30 minutes.
  • Let stand 10 minutes, then serve.
