How to make it

  • MIx orange & lemon zest and juice.Add jelly,powdered sugar and then horseradhish. Blend thoroughly, heat and serve.
  • Can be used as cooking sauce.

    Not just duck, this is really really good on ham as a glaze. Love that horseradish. YUM! Just watch the temp, all the sugar can burn the ham crust but oh my oh my the flavor is worth it.
