Cumberland Sauce for Duck

When it comes to ducks. Use this sauce for dipping as well as cooking.
Ingredients
- juice and zest 1 orange shopping list
- juice and zest 2 lemons shopping list
- 2 tbls melted currant jelly shopping list
- 1 tbls prepared horse radish shopping list
- 1 cup powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- MIx orange & lemon zest and juice.Add jelly,powdered sugar and then horseradhish. Blend thoroughly, heat and serve.
- Can be used as cooking sauce.

Not just duck, this is really really good on ham as a glaze. Love that horseradish. YUM! Just watch the temp, all the sugar can burn the ham crust but oh my oh my the flavor is worth it.
