Easy Chicken Scampi

So easy to make and so much flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 4 tbls. parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. oregano, dried shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. basil, dried shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch chunks shopping list
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- Box of linguine shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- In 9 inch baking dish, add first 9 ingredients
- Add chicken and coat with marinade
- Cover and put in fridge for 2 hours
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs
- Bake 30 minutes
- Cook Linguine according to box directions
- Serve chicken Scampi over linguine
