Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 tbls. parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano, dried
  • 1/4 tsp. basil, dried
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • Box of Linguine

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In 9 inch baking dish, add first 9 ingredients
  3. Add chicken and coat with marinade
  4. Cover and put in fridge for 2 hours
  5. Sprinkle with bread crumbs
  6. Bake 30 minutes
  7. Cook Linguine according to box directions
  8. Serve chicken Scampi over linguine
