How to make it

  • CREAM SUGARS AND BUTTER/SHORT MIX 'TILL LIGHT AND FLUFFY.
  • ADD EGG..CREAM SOME MORE..
  • ADD:BSODA,B.POWDER,SALT..MIX WELL
  • ADD FLOUR
  • ROLL IN 1" BALLS AND FLATTEN WITH SUGAR DIPPED FORK
  • (FOR PEANUT BUTTER)
  • I USE A SMALL SCOOP FOR PORTIONING..THEN FLATTEN SLIGHTLY WITH A SUGAR DIPPED GLASS(FOR C.CHIP OR SUGAR/SHORTBREAD COOKIES..
  • I use this as a base for almost all my cookie recipies..Just play with the ingrediants a bit and the sky is the limit..
