Omelette with Noddles Ham Tamato,My Boys love this for lunch or a lite dinner on hot nites with some salad...!!!!

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 Packet of 2minute Noddles(any flovour)
- 2 tbsp of milk
- Small knob of butter for frying
- !/4 cup of shredded Ham
- 1 small Tomato diced
- 1 finely diced Shallot
- 1/2 cup of Pizza Cheese,or just plain Cheddar Grated
Directions
- Add milk and eggs and mix well
- Cook Noodles as per instructions
- In a non stick or heavy base pan melt a little butter
- when just Starts to bubble(on a MED heat) add egg mix
- Pour in your noodles...Make sure you place them evenly over the egg mix
- Sprinkle over the Ham,Tomato,Shallot(Flatten it all in with the egg flipper)
- Cook for bout 2mins...it still should be soft in the middle
- Take off the heat Sprinkle over the cheese
- Place under Grill or Broiler (where ever you may be )
- Cook until Cheese is Golden Brown
- Slice into 4 wedges and serve with salad or Fries.
