Ingredients

8 slices whole wheat or whole grain white bread

16 Tbsp. peanut butter - creamy or crunchy

Assorted toppings (choose from raisins, carrot, dried fruit, jelly, sunflower seeds, chocolate, wheat germ, coconut, or granola)

Directions

Spread 1 slice of bread with peanut butter and choose any three toppers. Leave open faced or cut out with a cute cookie cutter.
