My buddy is from Texas he hunts with me up at my ranch every couple of years he says this is a texas favorite..I not sure on that but it has a really great flavor.......I make it every once but I add way more garlic cause I just love that stuff.

Had goat barbecued once. It wasn't to bad,especially when I didn't know it was goat. My mom use to cook all kinds of things. The goat she raised herself too. Plain it was a little strong. Of course the first time I ate tongue I wanted to freak out. Still can't bring my self to eat brains and eggs though.
