this is a dish i learned to make when i lived in germany just changed it up a bit

Ingredients
  • 6 or 7 potatoes red or yukon
  • 2-slices hickory bacon(break into bits ,don't use bacon bit's)
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tblspns-red or white vinegar
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • evoo
  • sea salt and pepper

Directions
  1. boil peeled,bite size diced potatoes til fork tender, drain
  2. put potato's in salad bowl add onion and 1 cup hot beef broth or stock,add vinegar ,bacon pieces,
  3. pepper and sea salt if needed...right before serving drizzle with evoo oil...enjoy
