My wife ran across this recipe. It is Quick easy simple, and in my opinion, a absolute home run!

Ingredients
  • 2 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Pkg. (6 oz) Stuffing mix for Chicken
  • 1 C Water
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 C Your Favorite BBQ Sauce divided in half

Directions
  1. Pre-Heat oven to 375. Mix all ingrediants except 1/4 C of the BBQ sauce
  2. Shape meat mixture into a oval loaf into a baking dish. Top with remaining BBQ sauce.
  3. Bake untill internal temp is 160 F. Take from oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 15 min.

Try mixing the one cup water with 1 tablespoon gravy powder before adding. The waster would have to be boiling though.
