Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix

2lbs. ricotta cheese

3 eggs

4 tlbs. sugar

1 tsp. vanila

1 tlb cinnamon

2tlb sugar

Directions

Prepare cake as directed on box

mix ricotta,eggs,sugar, and vanilla

grease and line with wax paper a 9x13 pan

pour cake mix into pan

then pour cheese mixture on top

mix sugar and cinnamon sprinkle on top (more or less maybe used )

bake 350 degress for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

cool

invert onto serving dish

take off wax paper

enjoy

I really love this creative use for cake mix and the texture of this dish must be really moist.

I will head out to get some ricotta to try it.
I got a bunch of them on sale to make cookies, biscotti and desserts for the holidays.
