Ricotta Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Prepare cake as directed on box
  • mix ricotta,eggs,sugar, and vanilla
  • grease and line with wax paper a 9x13 pan
  • pour cake mix into pan
  • then pour cheese mixture on top
  • mix sugar and cinnamon sprinkle on top (more or less maybe used )
  • bake 350 degress for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • cool
  • invert onto serving dish
  • take off wax paper
  • enjoy

    Hello there,
    First off I have to say that I meant to rate this a 5 and the cursor hit the 4 by mistake!! Sorry bout that-guess it is time for me to hit the hay!!

    I really love this creative use for cake mix and the texture of this dish must be really moist.

    I will head out to get some ricotta to try it.
    I got a bunch of them on sale to make cookies, biscotti and desserts for the holidays.

    Thanks so much!....once again-I rated this a "5"!
