Creamy Baked Noodles And Ham Recipe Frandee / All my dishes

This recipe came from my German neighbour. It is an oldie but really good!

Ingredients
  • 500g egg noodles or your favourite wide pasta
  • 1 c cooked ham, diced
  • 1 egg; beaten
  • 2 tbs butter; melted
  • 1/4 c sour cream; at room temperature
  • 2 tb dill or parsley, fresh; chopped
  • Salt and pepper; to taste
  • Bread crumbs; fine, dry

Directions
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions until just tender.
  2. Drain and combine with remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs. Sprinkle the inner surfaces of a buttered shallow baking dish with bread crumbs
  3. Spoon the noodle-ham mixture into dish.
  4. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
  5. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 35 mins.
