Raspberry Sour Cream Pie

This is fabulous. So creamy and full of great berry taste. Sure to please all. I always make two since one never lasts long. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream shopping list
- 3 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 3 tablespoon light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 9 inch graham cracker crust unbaked shopping list
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar shopping list
- 2 cups fresh raspberries shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sour cream, flour and brown sugar then add egg and beat well. Place 1/2 of the mixture into the graham cracker crust. Mix berries and 1/2 cup brown sugar together then spread over sour cream mixture. Cover berries with remaining cream mixture then bake for 25 minutes at 400. Chill for several hours.
