Quick Easy kid friendly cucumber salad
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber diced shopping list
- 1 avacado diced shopping list
- 1 diced roma tomato shopping list
- 1/4 c shredded white chees shopping list
- 1/4 c sliced hard salami shopping list
- 1/2 sm lime shopping list
- dash sea salt shopping list
- dash black pepper shopping list
- splash cider vingar shopping list
How to make it
- Throw everything into a small sealed bowl
- squeeze 1/2 lime over top
- Stir
- Chill for 10 mins
- Serve cool.
- Optional:
- 1/4 c shredded carrots
- 1/4 c corn kernal
- 1/4 c diced ham
