Quick Easy kid friendly cucumber salad

Ingredients
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 avacado diced
  • 1 diced roma tomato
  • 1/4 c shredded white chees
  • 1/4 c sliced hard salami
  • 1/2 sm lime
  • dash sea salt
  • dash black pepper
  • splash cider vingar

Directions
  1. Throw everything into a small sealed bowl
  2. squeeze 1/2 lime over top
  3. Stir
  4. Chill for 10 mins
  5. Serve cool.
  6. Optional:
  7. 1/4 c shredded carrots
  8. 1/4 c corn kernal
  9. 1/4 c diced ham
