- 1/2 oz dried flowers OR 3/4 of a pint fresh flowers not pressed down shopping list
- 2 3/4lb sugar- 2 and a bit lb for USA shopping list
- 1/4lb raisins chopped - to add body to the wine shopping list
- 1 campden tab, crushed shopping list
- 2 tea bags, make a strong cup of tea to add to the must shopping list
- 1 gal boiled water shopping list
- ------------------------- shopping list
- yeast nutrient shopping list
- yeast shopping list
- if you add the yeast to the boiling water you will kill it shopping list
How to make it
- Add all ing. barring the last 3 to fermenting bin
- add boiled water and stir well, make sure the sugar is dissolved
- leave overnight in a warm place
- the next day add the yeast nutrient and then the yeast
- cover fermenting bin and fit airlock
- stir daily for 1 week
- strain into demijohn,
- TAKE SG READING
- fit airlock
- wrack every 30 days till clear (about 2 or 3 times )
- stabilize and bottle
- ready in 6 months
