How to make it

  • Add all ing. barring the last 3 to fermenting bin
  • add boiled water and stir well, make sure the sugar is dissolved
  • leave overnight in a warm place
  • the next day add the yeast nutrient and then the yeast
  • cover fermenting bin and fit airlock
  • stir daily for 1 week
  • strain into demijohn,
  • TAKE SG READING
  • fit airlock
  • wrack every 30 days till clear (about 2 or 3 times )
  • stabilize and bottle
  • ready in 6 months
