Irish Cream Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Recipe
The smooth flavor of Irish cream pumped up with chocolate chips. This cake has flown out of the restaurant.

Ingredients
  • Use chocolate crust-see crust posting
  • 2 pounds Philly cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Irish cream(Bailey's)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet choc. chips

Directions
  1. Prepared pan with chocolate crust.
  2. Preheat oven to 475^.
  3. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Add Irish and heavy cream mixing thoroughly.
  6. Fold in mini-chips.
  7. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 475^ for 15 minutes.
  8. Leave cake in oven.
  9. Reduce temp. to 250^ and continue baking for 1 hour.
  10. Let cool and refridgerate before serving.
