Strawberry Sauce

Delicious over oatmeal,ice cream or angel food cake.
Ingredients
- 2 pints (16 oz) fresh strawberries,huled or 4 c frozen unsweetened strawberries,thawed shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 2 Tb pure maple syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Place strawberries in a food processor and process to chunky puree. Transfer puree to a small saucepan over low heat just till warmed . Stir in lemon juice and maple syrup.
