Another good cool summer salad... good enough to serve for dessert.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg of cream cheese (8oz)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 tub cool whip
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups minature marshmellows
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Directions
  1. Blend cream cheese, sugar and egg.
  2. Add lemon and cool whip.
  3. Fold all other ingredients into this mixture.
  4. Chill 3 to 4 hours before serving.
