Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 7 oz. pkg. herbed seasoned stuffing cubes
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 3 Tbs pecans, chopped and toasted
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 14 tsp. pepper
  • 14-1/2 oz. can chicken broth
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 Tbs. apple juice
  • 3 Tbs. honey

Directions
  1. In hot greased skillet on medium-high heat, cook onion, garlic and celery
  2. until tender. Place cooked veggies in large mixing bowl and add stuffing cubes,
  3. egg substitute, pecans, and seasonings. Stir in chicken broth to moisten.
  4. Spoon dressing into greased crockpot stoneware. Place chicken on top of
  5. dressing. Combine apple juice and honey; brush on top of chicken. Cover and cook on
  6. low 8 hours.
