I make a tomato/onion/cucumber salad quite often, but never thought of adding olives and mozzarella to it. Sounds great, will give it a try!

I think this sounds amazing. There are all kinds of variations that could be made as it is not specific on many ingredients. I am wondering about whether to use fresh mozzarella or aged. Also, the type of vinegar could really add interest. An aged balsamic would be really yummy.
