Smoky Honey Barbeque Sauce Recipe
SMOKY HONEY BARBEQUE SAUCE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Malta Estate in Bedford, Texas in 1991.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 drops liquid smoke

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except liquid smoke in medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Cook stirring frequently for 30 minutes then remove from heat.
  3. Remove from heat then add liquid smoke to taste.
  4. Serve over grilled chicken, turkey, pork, spareribs, salmon or hamburgers.
