Cream Cheese Duck Breasts

- 4 duck breasts filleted or 8 half breasts shopping list
- 1 package cream cheese, cut into chunks shopping list
- 16 jalapeno slices shopping list
- 8 pieces bacon shopping list
- tooth picks shopping list
How to make it
- Butterfly duck breasts.
- Add some cream cheese chunks and 2 jalapeno slices on one half. Fold breast back over secure closed with toothpicks.
- Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Grill over medium-low heat until the bacon is done. Best when cooked medium to medium well. Don't over cook!
- Serve and enjoy.
