Shrimp Dip

This is kind of like shrimp cocktail on a cracker. I use large shrimp 20-25 per lb. You can used prepared cocktail sauce or make your own.
Ingredients
- 12 oz cream cheese at room temperature shopping list
- 1-2 tbsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 small onion, minced shopping list
- dash garlic powder shopping list
- 1 jar cocktail sauce shopping list
- 12 oz shrimp, cooked & halved shopping list
- 2-3 green onions chopped shopping list
- fresh parsley chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together the cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mayo, onion and garlic powder.
- Spread in the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan or a 12" pie plate.
- Cover the cream cheese mixture with the cocktail sauce.
- Place the shrimp on top of the cocktail sauce.
- Sprinkle the chopped green onions and pasley over the shrimp as garnish.
- Chill for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Serve with some kind of butter cracker like town house or toasteds.
