Easy, simple to make truffles that are smooth and amazing.

Ingredients
  • 2 C Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 - 2 Bags (16 oz each) Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbs butter
  • 2 C cocoa powder

Directions
  1. Poor Chocolate chips into a large mixing bowel and set aside
  2. in medium sauce pan bring butter and heavy cream to boil.
  3. poor cream and butter mix over chocolate and stir until smooth
  4. chill in fridge 2 hours or over night.
  5. When chocolate has cooled shape into balls and roll in cocoa powder and/or confectioners sugar
  6. Enjoy!
