Ingredients
- 1 package Soft mararoon cookies shopping list
- 1/2 cup Heavey Cream shopping list
- 1 jar {11 oz} prepared lemon curd} shopping list
- 2 ounces bitter-sweet choc. shopping list
How to make it
- In food processor pulse cookies 10 times or untill you have fine crumbs
- press into bottom and sides of 4 greased 4 inch Tartlett pans{ones with removeable bottoms}
- in bowl of electric mixer on high speed Beat heavy cream 2 minutes till peaks form
- Whisk in lemon curd
- Divide mixture evenly among prepared crust
- Chill 2 hours drizzel choc over tartletts
- Chill till ready toserve garnish with whipped cream
