How to make it

  • In food processor pulse cookies 10 times or untill you have fine crumbs
  • press into bottom and sides of 4 greased 4 inch Tartlett pans{ones with removeable bottoms}
  • in bowl of electric mixer on high speed Beat heavy cream 2 minutes till peaks form
  • Whisk in lemon curd
  • Divide mixture evenly among prepared crust
  • Chill 2 hours drizzel choc over tartletts
  • Chill till ready toserve garnish with whipped cream
