Fresh Peach And Squash Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups peeled yellow or zucchini sqash

1 cup sliced fresh peaches

2 Tbs brown sugar

2 1/2 Tbs butter

Directions

Alternate layer of squash and peaches in 2 qt casserole dish

Sprinkle with brown sugar and salt to taste

Dot with butter

Bake coveredd 350F 45 to 60 minutes or sqaush is tender
