Bon Apetite, from Manhattan's Abraco Coffee Shop comes this readers request for this sweet, olive oil flavored loaf. The ingrdients listed were oganic but I adapted and used what I had in the cupboard!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup light or mild olive oil
- 2 tsp grated orange zest
Directions
- Whisk first 5 ingredients together
- Whisk eggs,oil, milk and zest in another bowl
- Whisk both mixtures together to combine
- Transfer to a oiled 9 x 5 inch loaf pan
- Bake in a 350F oven 45 to 60 minutes or until tester comes out clean in center
- Cool in pan 20 minutes and remove to rack to cool
- Wrap and foil and let mellow 1 day at room temperature
