This traditional Indian drink is best known in it's Mango form, but I often prefer this smoother version which is packed with potassium. Goes perfectly with spicy foods or as a breakfast smoothie.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Yogurt (I use Homemade Yogurt. If using storebought you might want to add a little bit of milk so it's not so thick.)
  • 1 Banana chopped into sections
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Cardamom
  • 1/4 Tsp Rose water (optional)
  • 1-3 Tsps of Sugar or Honey (To Taste)

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend for 2 Minutes or until there are no more banana chunks floating around.
  2. Pour into glasses. Add Straw and serve cold. Enjoy.
