5 Spice chicken

- 4 skinned, boned chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 teaspoons five spice powder shopping list
- 1/2 Cup thick sweet soya sauce (ketjap manis) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Cube the chicken breasts and place in a large shallow dish.
- Mix the five spice into the soya sauce, and pour over the chicken.
- Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
- Heat the oil or butter in a pan, and fry the chicken cubes, adding more soya sauce as needed.
- When the chicken is browned and done, serve with coconut rice or similar.
- Perfect Asian fusion of doom.
