Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix the shredded cabbage, scallions and radishes together.
  • Squeeze on juice from fresh limes with some of the zest
  • Add olive oil to moisten
  • Season with powdered corriander, salt, pepper, sugar ( or splenda ) to taste
  • Chill well and stir well before serving
  • A nice refreshing coleslaw
