I got tied of going to the store and buying my rosted chicken, now I am a garlic lover. So my other half busted out the rotisserie attachemts for our grill. And well about 2 hours later, I was in garlic chicken heven

Ingredients
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion
  • dry garlic rub ( you can make this yourself with garlic sea salt, and any other flavor you want)

Directions
  1. Just put on the rotisserie, and let them cook, the grill will do the rest.
