  • 1/2 cup Oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar,or agave, or honey
  • 1/4 cup sake (cooking rice wine)
  • 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 inch ginger minced

  • 1 heaping tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions
  1. You will need: Skewers, a ziploc, and thigh meat.
  2. cut the chicken in a zigzag so that one thigh can stretch across the whole skewer and hopefully not take too long to cook.
  3. This marinade recipe will be for about 3# chicken
  4. place the chicken in the bag with all ingredients and marinate overnight.
  5. If you only have a little time to marinate, place the Ziploc in the freezer and spread out the chicken the expansion of the meat will allow the marination into the fibers more.
  6. thread on skewers or however you'd like to serve and boom! "broke da mouth" oyster chicken.

How do you cook these - in the oven or on the grill? I think you need to clarify your recipe.
