Oyster Chicken On A Stick

- 3# chicken thigh meat shopping list
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar,or agave, or honey shopping list
- 1/4 cup sake (cooking rice wine) shopping list
- 1/4 cup dark soy sauce shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 1/2 inch ginger minced shopping list
- 3-4 Tbsp sesame oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes or a squirt of sriracha shopping list
- 1 heaping tablespoon sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- You will need: Skewers, a ziploc, and thigh meat.
- cut the chicken in a zigzag so that one thigh can stretch across the whole skewer and hopefully not take too long to cook.
- This marinade recipe will be for about 3# chicken
- place the chicken in the bag with all ingredients and marinate overnight.
- If you only have a little time to marinate, place the Ziploc in the freezer and spread out the chicken the expansion of the meat will allow the marination into the fibers more.
- thread on skewers or however you'd like to serve and boom! "broke da mouth" oyster chicken. <-- Hawaiian slang*
