Ingredients
  • Rice or noodles
  • 1 can chicken, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can sliced potatoes, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch dissolved in a little water
  • Salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Prepare rice or noodles. Place chicken in saucepan. Dice potatoes and
  2. add to chicken. Add soup, milk, and dissolved cornstarch, then over med heat
  3. until boiling and thickened. Add salt and pepper if desired.
