How to make it

  • mix together oil, sugar, eggs and syrup until creamy
  • add everything else and mix thoroughly
  • bake for 45 minutes at a medium heat.
  • ICING
  • Warm marmalade until liquid remove from heat
  • add cream cheese, coconut cream and sugar and mix thoroughly. Place in fridge until at the right consistency for spreading.
  • Spread over cooled cake.
  • Eat cake. (You probably won't want to share...)
