Ingredients

5 Bratwurst

2 cans beer

Directions

Dump 2 cans of beer into pot on stove.

Place brats in beer and bring to boil

When brats turn white - remove

Put Brats on Hot Grill until they brown

Serve with Onions, sauerkraut, mustard

Oh so yummy

Oh so easy!

I can't believe it was THAT easy. I looked up a coupla recipes online and they said to use the beer, and a bunch of seasonings, braise this, boil that, blah blah. I had 15 guests at my house and was too busy for that so while hubby was grilling the chicken, dogs and burgers I just threw the beer in and boiled those puppies. They disappeared before everything else and let me tell you, that chicken was amazing I thought that would go first. (just chicken legs and bottled bbq sauce nothing fancy)
