  • Stir cider into eggnog in saucepan. Add lemon peel, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally just to simmering point. Pour into heat-controlled serving container to serve hot. Or chill and serve cold. Serve with whipped cream garnish.
