Seasoning Pesto

- 2 c. fresh basil leaves shopping list
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 t. salt shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled shopping list
- 4 T. room temperature butter shopping list
How to make it
- Toss all ingredients except the butter into your food processor and whirl until all chopped finely. Add the butter and pulse a couple of times. Refrigerate.

Hay Bondc: A nice post. I always keep some of this in the fridge and it just never occurred to me that maybe not everyone does. Now I think a lot of cooks out there may catch on. A good one.
