How to make it

  • In a med. saute pan over med. heat, heat the peanut oil.
  • Add garlic and onion; saute until onion is translucent, about 5 min.
  • Add peanuts, chilies, chili powder, ginger, and peanuts; saute until peanuts are golden brown, about 5 min.
  • Remove from heat and cool.
  • In a bowl combine peanut mixture and stir in mangoes, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and mint.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
