Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound flaked or lump crab meat
  • 1 can (15 ounces) favorite style tomato sauce
  • 4 regular lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Additional grated Parmesan (optional)

Directions
  1. Beat the egg. Thoroughly combine crab meat, Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, egg, parsley flakes and onion powder.
  2. Divide filling into 4 equal portions. Spread filling mixture on each noodle.
  3. Roll noodles tightly, and place seam-side down in an 8-inch square baking dish.
  4. Pour tomato sauce over top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with additional grated cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
  6. I have also made this with different types of white
  7. pasta sauces topped with thin sliced tomato's and
  8. grated cheese. And of course you can hot it up if you want.

I love the idea of adding thin tomato slices and a white sauce to the top. YUM! Thank you for sharing =D

This sounds delicious and I agree with Shandy that your seafood gravy would be out of this world delicious on the lasagna too...great recipe!
