Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a bowl add chicken mince, garlic, herbs, onions, mustard, egg and breadcrumbs
  • Mix well
  • Form into balls about the size of a golf ball
  • Heat a pan with a little splash of oil on med heat add meatballs
  • Keep moving the meatballs around to brown all over (You may have to do in a couple of batches)
  • Remove from pan and keep warm
  • To make the Sauce:
  • In same pan add the chicken stock on a med-low
  • Bring to a light simmer
  • Add the honey and grain mustard stirring until the honey dissolves
  • Add in the cream and stir
  • Add back in the meatballs and simmer on a low heat for 15 mins
  • Serve with rice and enjoy!!
