Pasta With Peas And Eggs Recipe
This is a pasta that my mother cooked when I was a kid ,and funds were low - its nutritious and delicious

Ingredients
  • ! - 28 oz can of Italian tomatoes - crushed with your fingers
  • ½ onion minced
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup of frozen peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Some chopped basil
  • 1– link of Italian sausage out of the casing and chopped ( if you can get ground sausage meat its better )
  • 1- Pound of your favorite pasta

Directions
  1. In a pan sauté onions and sausage, till all the pink is gone then add the tomatoes, salt and pepper , basil , after about 15 min,s of cooking – in a pot start your pasta ,when water comes to a boil put in pasta – at the same time slightly beat eggs add to the pan with the tomatoes stirring as you pour in the eggs , and then add the peas .continue cooking till pasta is done, when done mix pasta with the sauce cook for a few more min,s and serve-
