POUTINE PIZZA

All of the Canucks out there will know what Poutine is. For those of you who don't, it is - Fries, topped with cheese curds and gravy. Delicious. If you eat it to often you will begin to hear your arteries harden, but occasionally it is alright. Read more Talk about your comfort food! See less
Ingredients
- Your favorite pizza dough ball shopping list
- 4 potatoes shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
- 2 cans of gravy; divided shopping list
- 2 cups of mozarella cheese grated shopping list
How to make it
- Roll out pizza dough to fit a standard-size cookie sheet.
- Cut potatoes into french fries, but keep them thin.
- Deep fry them until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Then cool so that you can handle them. Meanwhile pour 1 can of gravy on pizza crust, spread out evenly.
- Add fries in a single layer across the entire pizzs.
- Next spread cheese on top of fries.
- Finally top it off with the last can of gravy.
- Bake according to the directions on your package of pizza dough.
