Poutine Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

Your favorite pizza dough ball

4 potatoes

Oil for frying

2 cans of gravy; divided

2 cups of mozarella cheese grated

Directions

Roll out pizza dough to fit a standard-size cookie sheet.

Cut potatoes into french fries, but keep them thin.

Deep fry them until they are golden brown and crispy.

Then cool so that you can handle them. Meanwhile pour 1 can of gravy on pizza crust, spread out evenly.

Add fries in a single layer across the entire pizzs.

Next spread cheese on top of fries.

Finally top it off with the last can of gravy.

Bake according to the directions on your package of pizza dough.
