How to make it

  • In a large frying pan add all the ingredients up to and including the oil.
  • Fry on medium.
  • In a blender, purée all the rest of the ingredients except the vinegar, and add to the pan.
  • Fry, turning occasionally, until the cauliflower and potato are cooked, all the liquid has evaporated, and the vegetables have browned. Season with the vinegar and serve.
