Lemon Parmesan Tilapia

- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 Tb flour shopping list
- 2 Tb chopped parsley shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp McCormick Cracked peppercorn Herb roasting Rub shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp grated lemon zest shopping list
- 4 tilapia fillets (1-1/4 lbs) shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg whites in shallow dish;reserve . Combine parmesan,flour,parsley,peppercornrub,and zest;spread on wax paper. Dip each fillet in egg,then in parmesan mixture,turning to coat completely.
- In large non-stick skillet,heat 2 tsp oil over med. heat. Add 2 fillets;cook turning once until opaque and lightly browned,about 3 mins. per side Remove to serving platter. Repeat with remaining oil and fillets. If desired,garnish with lemon and rosemary.
- Note: For a changee,serve halved fillets on a soft bun with tarter sauce,sliced tomato and lettuce leaves.
