Sweet And Spicy Spinach Salad

I had this salad when I was at a friend's mothers home in Machias, Maine...I was tickled when she gave me the recipe! I truly cherish it...
Ingredients
- 10 oz. package of spinach shopping list
- 12 oz. small curd cottage cheese shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/2 c sugar or sugar substitute shopping list
- 2 Tbsp of vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp. horseradish (or more to taste) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse and spin dry spinach
- Place into salad bowl
- Place cottage cheese loosely on top of the spinach
- Sprinkle pecans on top of the cottage cheese
- In separate container, add the rest of the ingredients and mix
- Add to the salad just before serving
